Return Eligibility (All Sales Final)
At Healthier Comforts, we adhere to strict quality and safety standards for all of our food ingredients. Due to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines surrounding food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, even if they remain unopened.
To protect the integrity of our supply chain and ensure the safety of all our customers, all sales are considered final once the order has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand fully behind the quality of our ingredients. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please contact our team members immediately at support@healthiercomforts.com.

Reporting Window: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Required Information: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

Resolution: In the event of a verified fulfillment error or damage in transit, Healthier Comforts will gladly issue a prompt replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
If you are issued a refund for a damaged item or a successfully canceled order, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
Order Cancellations
As outlined in our Shipping Policy, our fulfillment process is automated to ensure rapid delivery. Because orders are sent to the warehouse immediately upon checkout, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify an order once it is placed.
While our team members will do everything possible to accommodate a cancellation request sent to support@healthiercomforts.com, if the order has already entered the fulfillment process or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our standard final sale policy.
